The baby Jesus and the orange grove. Christmas poems for children

Here we leave you this precious anonymous poem about the birth of Christ at Christmas.

In this poem the baby Jesus cries because he is thirsty, but the farmers on the road give the virgin oranges to calm him down.

A beautiful poem whose author is unknown, but that children will love to recite this Christmas.

The Virgin is walking

little path of Bethlehem,

how long the road is

the child cries from thirst.

Shut up Little boy of my life!

Shut up, my good boy!

That further we will find

a lush orange grove.

The owner of the oranges

he is a blind man who cannot see.

-Give me an orange blind

for the Child to entertain!

Between my lady and court

those that are necessary.

The Virgin how is it so pure

I did not cut more than three:

one gives the Child God,

another gives San Jose,

another is in his hand

for the Virgin to smell.
